Metro Bank, the first high street bank to launch for over 100 years, is doing a great job in promoting the brand and getting people inside the branch to have a look, but ICM's recent research has found that without a massive high street presence and rates that ‘wow’, Metro Bank may face problems in attracting ‘main account’ customers.
